Mrs Puja Patel

You will see a clinical pharmacist who is a highly qualified healthcare if you need any advice on your medicines and/or prescriptions. If you have a long term condition such as asthma, diabetes, arthritis, blood pressure or other chronic conditions for which you need regular monitoring, Puja can talk to you about the medicines you are taking to make sure they are working and that those are safely monitored. If you were recently discharged form hospital and your medicine were changed, our clinical pharmacist can help explain these changes and make sure that this will be updated on your system accordingly.

Mrs Cristina Pasca

Cristina is a highly qualified and expert practice nurse. She offers a large number of services including monitoring of people leaving with long term conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, ENT, etc and promoting healthy leaving through cervical screening (including HPV sampling), smoking cessation, vaccinations and signposting or referring to other services that are not currently available in house.

Practice Manager

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

Ms Lauren Dickson

Lauren can help to improve your wellbeing and tackle your social isolation by conducting an assessment of what care and support you need, such as physical activities, learning new skills, making new friends or finding employment. If you are old, leaving with long term conditions, or mental health problems, Lauren can help with social, emotional or practical needs by access relevant services and resources within the local community. She can find the right local support service for you and she will reviewing your progress. She will work with you to understand what is important to you and what motivates you. She will work with you to create a personalised plans that gives you control over your health and wellbeing. She may also help you with more practical advice, for example on debt or housing issues.
